My life was incomplete without his books. They were like guiding lights.
So when I read Winner Stands Alone, I was utterly disappointed. I couldn’t fathom that PC could write it. I failed to understand why was that book written. I kept waiting till the end to find the purpose, for a turning point. Never came. Left me devastated.
Can fully understand when you come across a creation by someone whom you admire performs below your expectation. May be the writer has tried different style or purpose than what would a reader would be habitual to expect from his creations.
